Click on the top right hand corner of the image of the application, so it will open in its own window.
DOWNLOAD the document. Open it from the downloaded location and complete the form.
Once completed, SAVE the document. If you start it, but do not finish at one time, make certain you save before closing.
Rename the document using this format: lastname_name of scholarship. Ex: harris_AEF.
Place all completed applications in a folder on your Google Drive. The folder name should be your last name followed by the word scholarships. Ex: Harris Scholarships
Share that folder with Mrs. Giunta. Make certain she has edit rights and is able to access the documents. You can continue to add completed applications to that folder until the scholarship deadline.
All Affton Education Foundation Scholarships require a physical signature by the student and the parent.
After you complete all the fillable requirements, you will need to save and print off the scholarship form and provide a signature on the featured lines.
If you do not have access to a printer, you can arrange a time to come up to the high school and Mrs. Giunta will print off your saved version so you can take it home and get the signatures required. If this still does not work as an option, email Mrs. Giunta and a solution will be found!
If you have access to a printer, print your saved version, sign the document and either scan it back to a pdf and add to your Scholarship Drive folder that you will share OR you can sign the form and drop it off to Mrs. Giunta's office (now in the library) or mail it to arrive by the due date : Affton High School, Attn.
