Hi, I’m Wendy McCloud, founder of Affinity Housekeeping Services, LLC. My journey in housekeeping began in 2005, when I helped my mother with her small, under-the-table cleaning business. What started as a way to lend a hand quickly grew into a lifelong passion for creating organized, welcoming spaces and building lasting relationships with clients.
Before officially launching Affinity Housekeeping, I proudly served in the United States Air Force from March 2000 to June 2006, where I learned the discipline, attention to detail, and integrity that now define how I lead my business. After completing my service, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, continuing to develop my understanding of how cleanliness and structure contribute to overall well-being.
With over 20 years of combined experience in housekeeping, management, and service, I founded Affinity Housekeeping Services in July 2021, officially operating under our LLC name in January 2023. Today, my team and I provide trusted, high-quality cleaning for residential, rental, and commercial clients across Northwest Florida.
As a Woman-Owned, Veteran-Owned, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Affinity Housekeeping reflects the same values I lived by in the Air Force—excellence, respect, and service before self. We don’t just clean spaces; we care about the people and communities behind them.
