NO STUDENT WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY PRACTICES OR GAMES WITHOUT A CURRENT ACTIVITY PERMISSION SLIP AND PHYSICAL ON FILE (physicals are good for 2 years).

All practices start at 2:30
Practices usually run every day until 4:15pm but may alter, so check the schedule. Coaches will pass on any changes or information they feel important, through Alma, but the athletes have the responsibility to keep their parents informed of their schedule.
If practices or games are cancelled by the AD (weather, etc..), the students will be notified no later than 1pm and will be given the opportunity to make arrangements (call home). The calendar and the red announcement bar at the top of this page will also be updated.
PRACTICE AND GAME SCHEDULE
Uniforms and mouth guards will be provided to all athletes.
Please do not dry the uniforms with high heat. Air dry or low heat if possible.
