ES Library Services
Physical Resources
The ES Sood Library has over 25,000 physical resources for check-out including books, graphic novels, DVDs, audiobooks, and over 1000 books in our multilingual collection. Additionally, we also have a parenting section and a section of board books for younger readers.
When in-person, parents and students may visit our libraries on Saturdays through the facility sign-ups, or after school by signing up at the ES Library in-person that day. Only students have access to the libraries throughout the school day. If you cannot access campus, please email eslibrary@aes.ac.in we will make sure to get books to you!
Digital Resources: e-books
Sora ebooks
All students are enrolled in Sora, our digital ebook platform.
Use the Sora app, type India International School Consortium, select American Embassy School, and enter your Sora Username.

Epic! ebooks
This is a free platform (available from 7am - 3pm on school days) and not supported by a school subscription.
Reach out to your classroom teacher for the Classroom Code and then access the Epic app on student iPads.
TumbleBooks are created by taking existing picture books, adding animation, sound, music and narration to produce electronic picture books which children can read independently or have read to them.

This website offers embedded YouTube videos of children’s books read aloud by normal (but enthusiastic) readers.
Searchable by reading level, grade level, author, etc., videos have limited animation and also offer a limited selection of books in Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, and Japanese.
