By submitting a trip request or engaging with Aerlan Travel, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Planning & Services
Aerlan Travel provides customized travel planning services based on the information provided. No promises or guarantees are made regarding pricing, availability, promotions, or travel arrangements until reservations are confirmed and booked.

Pricing & Availability
All prices, terms, conditions, and availability are subject to change until a deposit or payment has been authorized and completed. Travel industry pricing is dynamic and may change at any time without notice.

Traveler Information
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including full legal names and travel details. Errors or omissions may result in additional costs, delays, or inability to complete bookings.

Supplier Terms & Responsibility
Aerlan Travel acts as an agent for travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators, and is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or changes made by these suppliers, including delays, cancellations, or schedule changes. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel providers, which will be provided during the planning process and with booking confirmations.

Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations may be subject to supplier-imposed fees, penalties, or restrictions. Details will be provided upon request or at the time of booking.

Communication, Consent & Privacy
By providing your contact information, including phone number, you consent to receive communications from Aerlan Travel regarding your inquiry, travel updates, and related information. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Aerlan Travel does not sell your contact information. Your information is used solely for internal operations and to facilitate travel planning and supplier bookings. To opt out, reply STOP. For assistance, contact office@aerlantravel.com. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional details.

Referrals
Aerlan Travel may refer inquiries to other travel advisors based on factors such as location, specialization, or type of travel requested.

Aerlan Travel LLC is an independent affiliate of KHM Travel Group®. As a result, some documents and confirmations may reference KHM Travel Group, which serves as the host agency providing access to booking systems, supplier relationships, and industry resources.

Intellectual Property
All Aerlan Travel LLC branding, logos, and materials are the property of Aerlan Travel LLC and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
