Aerial Northeast's Spring Showcases
May 29th and 30th, 2026
Showcase Day!
Arrive at the theater 30 Minutes before your Showcase time, ready for your show with hair, makeup, costume, tights, and showcase t-shirts. (Showcase 1 Performers Arrive at 5:30PM on Friday, Showcase 2 Performers Arrive at 9:30AM on Saturday)
Check in Performers and they will remain backstage for the entire show.
Audience members will pick up cookie and flower pre-orders and enter the auditorium, take your seats, and enjoy the show!
Please No Flash Photography. A professional video of the Showcase will be taken and distributed to all performers as part of the Showcase Fee. Performance photos will also be available to download for free within 2 weeks after the Showcase under the “Client Galleries” tab at photographybydevynsky.com
Run time for each show is approximately 90 mins with no intermission.
After final bows, sign your performer out in the lobby.

Blocking/Dress Rehersal Days and Times
We have dedicated some time for aerialists to familiarize themselves with the performance space and practice in costume, hair, and make up before the Showcase. These rehearsals are very important for the success of the performers and the flow of the Showcases. The times listed are ON STAGE times. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time in costume with hair and make up completed to check in, stretch, and get together with your group. Sign in and drop performers off in the auditorium and sign out your child after they have finished their blocking rehearsal.

There will be a $45 Showcase Fee per student, per class which will include your t-shirt for bows, a recording of the Showcases, and stage photography. This fee will be due via auto pay on April 15th.
Unlimited Tickets may be purchased through your Parent Portal at $25 each and seating will be assigned. Please purchase tickets in advance.
**Note: Performers do not need a ticket. They will be backstage the entire time.**

Hair must be neat and off of face and neck. Use lots of hairspray, gel and bobby pins to achieve this. Do not hesitate to ask for help or questions regarding hair and make up and I'll be happy to help. Discuss specific hair with your students' teacher.
