A "GooseChase" is a digital scavenger hunt where you compete against other people to complete "missions" involving either text, photo, or video answers. Each mission is assigned a point value by the game organizers, and you may be given bonus points for creativity!
Any student in the Auburn City School District may participate in the game. Younger students can have help from their parents or older siblings, or play the game as a family.
The Auburn GooseChase begins February 1st at 8:00 a.m. and runs through February 21st at 3:00 p.m. Prize winners will be notified the first week in March.
Download the GooseChase App on your smart phone (preferably) or open GooseChase on your chromebook.
Create a GooseChase account. Write down your user name (you will need it in the next step).
Please complete this linked Registration Form to get the game code which will be your confirmation message after you hit "submit." (note: you must use an Auburn School District email address.)
Go in to the GooseChase app and enter the code. You are ready to play!
See the videos below for tutorials on how to download and use GooseChase.
Note: If you do not have GooseChase on your chromebook and don't have access to a smart phone or tablet,

Thanks to generous donors (see our "sponsor" page here), we will be awarding gift certificates to restaurants, Amazon, Simple Roast and more to the top three winners of the game plus prizes for creativity for various challenges.
