Timbayayong is a bisaya word for Working Together Hand in Hand to achieve a common goal. Barangay Balok, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte, is a community of 1,180 individuals living in simplicity and harmony with their fellows, and with its cool, beautiful and verdant environment of mountains and river.
Teambayayong Balok is a team of nine medical students of batch Salutem Pro Omnibus 2027 whose aim is to work together with the whole community for the months and years to come.

TEAMBayayong is a group of medical students who, aim to empower the community of Barangay Balok through their engagement in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of sustainable programs and projects in the aspect of health and other related determinants of health.

By the end of 2026,the community people of Barangay Balok are empowered individuals in terms of health through the sustainable program/s which TeamBayayong Balok has built, with the total cooperation from the community people themselves.
Mission
Teambayayong Balok is a team of medical students and the local healthcare workers and stakeholders who aims to help find sustainable solutions to the health problems of the people in Barangay Balok through community engagement as a catalyst for change. Through Teambayayong, we aim to make things happen by working together hand in hand.
