March 16,2023- The program started off with the post-evaluation of households, headed by Public Health Nurse Jayne Cris T. Glimada, Rural Sanitary Inspector, Resty Kymako, and Anabelle P. Singuillo. It was then concluded with the certification of Zero Open Defecation, signifying that the barangay was able to meet all the requirements to receive grade 1 certification. Grade 1 certification means that 100% of the households in the barangay no longer practice open defecation as they have access to individual household toilets, shared toilets and/or communal toilets, all of which have soap, functional toilet bowls, dedicated slippers and access to water.
