We are thrilled to have you speak at this year’s Inclusive Learning Summit on October 29 & 30, 2024.

Thank you for sharing your expertise and perspective with your colleagues. The experience committee is working through all of the final details and will provide an update on what to expect in the weeks leading to the event.

Arriving at the Summit

The Lynnwood Event Center is located at 3711 196TH ST SW, LYNNWOOD, WA 98036. Free parking is available behind the building. If you run into any traffic delays or other day-of concerns that might prevent you from delivering your presentation, please contact Erica Starr at (206) 755-0789 just as soon as you’re able.

Presentation Technology

Your room will be equipped with power and WIFI, a projector, and an audio system with a microphone. We will have volunteers in the classroom to help you set up and make the connections to your laptop. If your laptop requires a connection other than HDMI or USB-C, please contact Erica Starr at ericastarr@advclasstech.com so that we can source the correct adapter for you. Please make your request for adapters before Monday, September 30, 2024.

WIFI & Cloud Storage

We have purchased premium WIFI service from the event center and hope that it will be adequate to access your Google Slides or Office365 Powerpoint presentation. Because we expect 350 people and their 700+ devices at the event, we recommend that you download a copy of your presentation to your computer before arriving. In the event that WIFI service is slow or unresponsive, you’ll have the resources you need to present effectively.

Presentation Accessibility

We encourage you to think about people in your audience who may need additional accommodations in accessing your content and message. To help you design with accessibility in mind, our committee of experts will soon release a treasure trove of tips and tricks that will help you deliver your message with high accessibility. You’ll find those tips on our Accessible Presentations page. If you’d like one-on-one assistance, contact information for our experts will be provided on the page.
