Our 60-minute physiotherapy sessions will consist of the following:
Comprehensive history taking to find out more about the mechanism of injury, your current symptoms and pain patterns
Thorough physical assessment to identify deficits in joint range of motion, muscular strength and/or joint stability
Rehabilitative exercises that aim to increase joint range of motion, strengthen weak muscles and improve movement mechanics
Manual therapy such as soft tissue releases, joint mobilisations (if required)
Prescription for an individualised home-based exercise programme
Our 60-minute strength & conditioning sessions are for clients that are looking to improve their overall fitness (e.g. strength, power, cardiovascular endurance, etc) and sports performance.
If you have any existing injuries that are affecting your performance in sport or causing you pain/discomfort, do get in touch with us to determine if you require a physiotherapy consultation prior to starting on our strength & conditioning programme.
Our 60-minute sports massage session involves identifying areas of tightness and discomfort, followed by using a variety of sports massage and soft tissue release techniques to alleviate these symptoms.
If required, you may be prescribed some stretches and light rehabilitation exercises to do at home after the session.
We have conducted talks and workshops for National Sports Associations, competitive sports teams, sports academies and corporate companies.
All of our talks and workshops are uniquely customised to match the needs of our clients.
