Booth Specifications
Booths:Our booths are 10' x 10' and cost $50/booth. These measurements are exact and your entire display must fit within the space. Two booth spaces is $80.
Electricity is available for an extra $5/booth. Please bring your own drop cord if you are using electricity.
Tables: You may bring your own tables for free or rent them from us for $10/table. Limited quantities available. Tables are 3'x8'. NO TABLES WILL BE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.
We will do our best to honor any special requests.
Set-up/Tear Down
Vendors set up between 7:45 am and 9:15 am.
You are expected to be set up by 9:15 am and to stay through the 2:30 pm ending time.
We need to be cleaned up and all out by 4:00 pm.
Student & parent volunteers will be available to help unload before the show and load up at the end.
Direct Sales Vendors - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Only 1 spot will be sold per company. These are filled on a 1st come/1st served basis.
Your spot is not confirmed until payment is received.
DIRECT SALES VENDORS NEW TO OUR SHOWmay fill out a registration form at any time. This will place vendors on a waiting list. Vendors will be notified if there is an opening for their company in the order in which registrations are received. Once notified, vendors have 4 DAYS to submit payment before the spot is offered to the next vendor on the list.
Food Vendors - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Food vendors accept all responsibility for proper paperwork and certificates necessary to sell as a food vendor for our show.
Craft Vendors
Craft Vendors should register now and pay by October 24. Any payments received between October 25-Nov. 2, will be charged an additional $10. If payment is not received by Nov. 2, you will not be included in the vendor map or show for this year. Payments made earlier than the October 25 deadline are greatly appreciated!
