Notable Details

• Two speakers presented this lecture in a tag-team format. Previous lectures involved only one speaker.
• One of the speakers lived outside the United States. All of our previous speakers resided in the US when they participated.
• This was the first Kavli evening lecture to completely sell out at the Adler, and it had the lowest attrition we observed for an evening Kavli lecture - only about 35 empty seats out of 192.
• Advertisements for the YouTube stream went to Zooniverse volunteers, and were Tweeted out by the speaker, Dr. Chris Lintott.
• A book signing for advanced copies of Chris Lintott's book was held after the evening lecture.
• Both the evening and daytime lectures went smoothly at the Adler, at our partner sites, and on YouTube.
