Professional Learning Community Project Support: A professional learning community (PLC) is a team of educators who share ideas to enhance their teaching practice and create a learning project that will enhance the knowledge and well being of their students. PLCs can operate within a school building, across a district, or across the consortium. They can be organized by grade level, content area or any group of teaching staff who share a likeminded goal.
