Hi ADHDer! I'm Becca.

I am a registered dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and the founder of The ADHD Nutritionist. I'm also an ADHDer who not only knows all about nutrition, but also knows how to make changes that work with your ADHD brain, not against it.
