The program is 10 weeks.
Typically, start one group every month.
January '25 Small Group starts on Tuesday (1/7).
February '25 Small Group starts on Wednesday (2/26).
Depending on the month, we meet weekly on either Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
At either 12pm EST or 6pm EST.
You pick a time that works best for you, but you are welcome to switch if you can't make that call.
We will vote using a poll in the Facebook Group when we start to determine the day and time for this call. It is usually on a Thursday or Monday.
It varies, but typically 4-10 for each of the group coaching call times (total 8-20 in the Facebook Group).
No. Not everyone can access or afford a diagnosis. I don't want to stop anyone from getting the support they need with their relationship with food.
Of course! Medication is a choice between you and your provider. I am here to support you with whatever choice feels best for you.
No, this is a weight-neutral program. This means intentional weight loss is not the focus of this program. This program is focused on healing your relationship with food and your body so you can overcome binge eating and find food freedom. Instead of focusing on the number on the scale, we focus on how you can engage in health-promoting behaviors so you can feel your best mentally and physically, regardless of your body size.
