How long is program?
This program is 10 weeks long
When are the 90-minute group coaching calls?
Depending on the month, we meet weekly on either Mondays or Tuesday
What time are the 90-minute group coaching calls?
At either 12pm EST or 6pm EST
You pick a time that works best for you, but you are welcome to switch if you can't make that call.
What about the 30-minute workbook accountability calls?
I will do a poll in the FB group when we start to determine the day and time for this call.
How many ADHDers are in a group?
It varies, but typically 4-10 for each of the group coaching call times (total 8-20).
Do you require a formal ADHD diagnosis to do the program?
No. Not everyone can access or afford a diagnosis. I don't want to stop anyone from getting the support they need with their relationship with food.
Is it okay if I don't take ADHD meds?
Of course! Medication is a choice between you and your provider. I am here to support you with whatever choice feels best for you.
