We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

If you do not provide the information Securio Fleet Agent Application requires, Securio Fleet Agent Application may not be able to provide all of its Services to you.

Securio Fleet Agent Application may process and retain your personal information on its servers in India where its data centers are located, and/or on the servers of its third parties (in or outside India), having contractual relationships with Securio Fleet Agent Application.

Securio Fleet Agent Application Limited ("Securio Fleet Agent Application,”Adevair Technologies Pvt Ltd ”," the "Company," "we," "us," and "our”) collects several types of information from and about users of our Services, including:

Your Personal Information("PI") - Personal Information is the information that can be associated with a specific person and could be used to identify that specific person whether from that data, or from the data and other information that we have, or is likely to have access to. We do not consider personal information to include information that has been made anonymous or aggregated so that it can no longer be used to identify a specific person, whether in combination with other information or otherwise.

We collect this information:

• directly from you when you provide it to us; and/or

• automatically as you navigate through our Services (information collected automatically may include your device).

• Location data:  collects location data when the Securio Fleet Agent App is running in the foreground (app is open and on-screen) or background (app is not in use) in your mobile device.

• Other Information : We collects the information about your device(mobile) such as gyroscopic values and battery percentage.

Information You Provide to Us

The information we collect on or through our Services may include:

Your account information: Your full name, mobile number and other information you may provide with your account, such as AADHAR CARD, DRIVING LICENSE and mobile PAN CARD details. Your profile picture that will be displayed as part of your account profile.

We use the information you provide to us to enhance the functionality and improve the quality of our Services, and to personalize your experience while using our Services. We also use this information to provide support to you, communicate with you, and comply with our legal obligations. We share your information to the Device Owner. 

Our applications store all your information which we take on our partner cloud service.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.

• To manage Your Account: To manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.

• For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services You have purchased or of any other contract with Us through the Service.

• To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.

• To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to receive such information.

• To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.

• To manage device: We provide some of your Personal Information such as AADHAR CARD, DRIVING LICENSE AND PAN CARD Details, tracking details, gyroscopic values of your mobile and battery percentage with our Device Owner to provide them the Services.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and other personal information.

Delete Your Personal Data

You and Owner of the Securio Fleet Device have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.

Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service.

You and Owner of the Securio Fleet Device may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account, if you have one, and visiting the account settings section that allows you to manage Your personal information. You may also contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us.

Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

You should not share your user name, password, or other security information for your Securio Fleet Agent Application account with anyone. If we receive instructions using your user name and password, we will consider that you have authorized the instructions.

Permissible Age

The Services are not intended for users under the age of 18, unless permitted under applicable local laws (Permissible Age). We do not knowingly collect any personal information from users or market to or solicit information from anyone under the Permissible Age. If we become aware that a person submitting personal information is under the Permissible Age, we will delete the account and any related information as soon as possible.
