How to Log In to your Domain services
To access your Domain Account or Emails, you will need your username and password.
Visit the AHBC Domain and Hosting website at http://domains.adelaidehillsbc.com.au
My Account
Account Manager - (Default Option) This is the highest level of access and provides full control over your domain names & *hosting management and web / email services.
Hosting Manager - For those with web *hosting (Wordpress etc). Use this option to access your "Control Panel"
Website Builder - If you only wish to access a *hosted website.
Email Log in
Email Mailbox - Access online webmail in Plesk. Basic email service.
Exchange Mailbox - Access email via "Outlook Web Access" service. Used for organisation with many users and requiring more advanced features.
*Hosting - Means a service that is provided by the AHBC. If your website is hosed else where, you need to access that provider's website
Lost your Log In details
If you can not remember your password, use the lost password option under the password entry field
If you are a current AHBC member and if your service was established by the AHBC, you can recover your Username and Password at the time of setup, either by searching your email for a Domain Setup from the AHBC or by access Member's Services at https://www.adelaidehillsbc.com.au/membership, select option 1 "My Membership", followed by option 2 "Activity Report by Email" on the following form page.
If that does not work, simply contact us, and we will get you up and running. (A fee may apply to none AHBC members)
