This will list all emails whose sizes are greater than 10MB and dated up to one year after January 1, 2021 (larger:10M after:2021/1/1 before:2022/1/2). You can change the parameters as you see fit.
Once you figure out which emails are taking up too much space, download any important attachments from Gmail, then:
delete the email, if possible, or
forward just the message (exclude the attachment) to yourself; then, delete the original message.
Photos. Photos is a separate app. You need to open Photos and download your pictures and movies from there.
After you have downloaded or backed up your files, empty the corresponding Trash to recover Storage space. Drive, Gmail, and Photos have their own Trash bins.

Download your files to your local drive (computer) or save them to an external drive.

Microsoft OneDrive: All AdDU students and employees are entitled to 1TB of personal cloud storage using Microsoft OneDrive but this is available only while you are a student or an employee in AdDU. This account ceases immediately after graduation or if you stopped enrollment (for students) or after retirement or resignation (for employees). Other companies offer free but limited cloud storage such as a personal (non-AdDU) Google account (15GB), Dropbox (2GB), etc.
