Zen Arrows Privacy

AdaptLearn (“we”) makes the mobile game Zen Arrows. This policy explains what information the app uses.

Information we collect

Game progress on your device: levels, stars, lives, coins, boosters, settings, and notification preferences. This stays on the device unless you wipe the app.
A random guest ID stored on the device. We use it in analytics so we can tell installs apart. It is not your name or email.
Usage events through Google Firebase Analytics (for example app opens, level starts, and whether an ad was shown).
Advertising data through Google AdMob, including the Android Advertising ID, so we can show ads and measure them.
If you allow notifications, the app schedules local reminders on your device. We do not send those from a server.

We do not create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or payment details inside the game.

Ads
Zen Arrows shows banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect device and advertising identifiers and use them to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where allowed. See Google’s policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is played. See: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

Children
Zen Arrows is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You can reset advertising ads personalization in Android settings (Google → Ads).
You can turn notifications off in the game settings or in Android settings.
Uninstalling the app deletes local progress and the guest ID from that device.
