The Market Report Generator accepts an export from the MLS (Daytona's Flex or StellarMLS) and shows how the market is performing for that dataset. In order to use it, run a search with active and sold listings for a particular area, include price and square feet and export it to a file. Choose that export in this system enter information about a subject property and it will create an analysis of how that area is looking from a sales perspective.
