A northeast suburb of the Denver metro area, Thornton is a great place to live for a balance of recreation and city life. Currently, Thornton has 25 major parks, many family-owned businesses, a strong spirit of community involvement, and it is still growing with resources being directed to new developments. Due to its expansion, not all parts of the city have equal access to important resources.
Thornton residents need a way to propose positive change to their local government in order to improve their community so that it gives off a welcoming atmosphere that will make you feel like you belong.
