Graduation Information

Tuesday, May 14

7:00 p.m. 

University of Colorado at Boulder – Events Center; 950 Regent Drive, Boulder, CO 80309

Seating is unlimited and tickets are not necessary.

Graduating students need to arrive and be in the preparation areas by 6:15 p.m.


Doors will be open to the public at 6:00 p.m.  Concessions will be open and there will also be a flower vendor 

on site.  Please see the Prohibited Items List included in this e-mail and review CU’s clear bag policy.

Cap and Gown orders will be passed out at Graduation Practice ONLY.  

*Josten's will be here during all 3 lunches on Monday-February 12th to deliver senior orders (tankards, announcements, gear, etc).  They will be set up in the A Hallway, near the West doors.*

Here you can order a cap and gown, announcements, class rings and all senior items related to graduation.

Josten's will be at Legacy to accept and assist with orders on September 12 and 13 during all 3 lunches.

LifeTouch - Graduation Ceremony Photo Order 

Our commencement photo process is all 100% digital. Yes, Lifetouch takes the photos but all photo purchases/processing is run though a system called PhotoDay.  Below is the order QR code so that parents can pre order or order after picture day by scanning the QR code as this is associated with your school. 

There is a "Chat" button on the PhotoDay website under their contact information or parents can email support@photoday.io with any order questions, etc.  

Price for Yearbook:

$70 - by October 31, 2023 and get a free name plate by entering coupon code "Nameplate"

$75 - November 1, 2023 through January 31, 2024

$80 - February 2, 2024 until the book sells out, which it likely will!

Important Due Dates:

Senior Portraits must be submitted by midnight on Friday, November 3, 2023 and baby ads may be purchased through midnight on Friday, January 19, 2024. (link)


Senior Class Panorama Picture

We had the Seniors' panoramic class pictures taken this week and they turned out great. Please use this link to order your panoramic class pictures:

The order deadline to get the best price is September 22nd. After September 22nd there will be a $10 late order fee. All orders will be online through the website. Pictures will be mailed to the address specified in the order form in about 4 weeks.
