New Enrollment
New Student Enrollment - For students that are new to Northglenn School and Adams 12
First, check your address on the boundary locator to verify that your student will attend Northglenn High School. You must live within our boundaries for your student to attend here. Then complete the required district and school enrollment forms.
District Enrollment Forms
Online Enrollment Application-Select "New Families" (if your family does not have a student currently attending an Adams 12 Fiver Star School) OR Select "Current Families" (if your family has a student currently attending an Adams12 Five Star School and you wish to enroll a new student
Documents needed for the application (upload to application)
Student's birth certificate
Student's shot record
Parent/guardian photo ID
Proof of address - Current utility bill (water, cable, internet, trash, electricity, home phone), mortgage statement,
homeowner/renter's insurance or purchase contract with a closing date within 90 days.
School Enrollment Forms - Northglenn Registrar will request the following records from the student's previous school.
Most recent report card or transcript
Grades at time of withdrawal (if applicable)
Attendance & behavior records from 2021-2022
504 or IEP if applicable
