Brian Hufford - Head Coach

Coach Hufford was a four-time state qualifier with a 126 career victory at Westminster High School. He finished 3rd in state and won a state title in 1996. He was a four-year starter at the University of Northern Colorado. This will be Coach Hufford's 22nd year at Northglenn. He is also a teacher at Northglenn.
Michael Stelling

Coach Stelling was a two-time regional placer in Wisconsin. He continued his wrestling career as a four-year starter for the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh. He has coached for over 20 years and has helped produce 7 state champions. This is his 22nd year at Northglenn. He is also a counselor at Northglenn.
Eubaldo Lovato
Coach Lovato was a three-year starter for Montrose High School and a state qualifier. After graduation, Coach Lovato joined the Marines where Sgt. Lovato served in the War on Terror. His heroics earned him a Bronze Star decorated with a “V” for valor shown in combat. This is Coach Lovato's 19th season at Northglenn.
Ed Matthews
Coach Matthews was a Colorado state placer for Boulder High School and continued his wrestling career at the University of Northern Colorado. Coach Matthew's will be coaching his 13th year at Northglenn this season. He is also a teacher at Northglenn.
Todd Corn - Associate Head Coach
Coach Corn was a regional champion and two-time state qualifier in high school. While in college, Coach Corn wrestled at Western State Colorado University and coached at Gunnison High School. Coach Corn comes to Northglenn from La Junta High School where he was the head coach and helped produce 11 state placers in four years. Coach Corn will be coaching his 12th year at Northglenn this season, and his 20th year in total. He is also the P-Tech Coordinator at Northglenn.
Cruz De Lara
Coach De Lara was a state qualifier and three-year letter winner for Northglenn High School. Cruz had over 100 career victories for the Norse. Coach De Lara returned to Northglenn as a coach. Coach De Lara will be coaching his 8th year at Northglenn this season.
Erik Hotz - CO - Associate Head Coach
Coach Hotz will be in his 6th season at Northglenn. He was the head coach at Monte Vista where he led them to a team state title and coached several state champions and state placers. Coach Hotz is also a STEM Coordinator at Northglenn.
Evie Gomez
Coach Gomez has run the Northglenn Youth program for the past 20 years. Coach Gomez had two sons come through the Northglenn wrestling program and has coached many of our past wrestlers, with several state placers and champions coming from his youth program. This will be his 5th season as a high school coach. Coach "Evie" was named the 2024 National Wrestling Hall of Fame Youth Coach of the Year.
Dylan McChesney
Coach McChesney is a Northglenn Youth program and Northglenn High School Alumni. He was a state qualifier for the Norse and continued his wrestling career at Simpson College in Iowa, where he became a college All-American. This will be his 3rd year coaching at Northglenn. He is also the Head Freestyle/Greco Coach at Northglenn.
Lex Gutierrez
Coach Gutierrez has been around wrestling most of his life. He spent many years coaching at Skyview High School. He is Northglenn's First Head Girl's Flag Football Coach. This will be his 3rd year coaching at Northglenn.
