Important information

Library checkout is every Wednesday.  Please make sure your child brings their library book to class every Wednesday so they can get a new book.

Reading:We are still doing Daily 5 while Mrs. Kiefer pulls small groups for reading. 

Sight Words: At this time of year, I like to give you the entire kindergarten list. We will continue learning 1-2 words a week, however, some students are ready to move forward and learn all 40 words.

Writing: We will continue our informational writing unit this week. We will write an informational piece about places and people we know.

Math: We are working on unit 6. This unit will focus on measuring, and graphing.

Science: We are continuing our push and pull unit in science.  This unit will conclude with our bowling alley trip.

Social Emotional Learning: We have Mrs. Herd back in our class, we are learning about giving "I messages"
