Academic Support Period
Every Wednesday before classes begin (7:40 to 8:30 AM), teachers are available for homework help, exam makeups, and classroom content review. Read this document for a list of teachers' assigned rooms.
Math Lunch Bunch
Stop by the upper G-Hall (between the commons and large gym) during 4th, 5th, and 6th Period on Tuesdays or Thursdays for additional math support.
FLEX Lab Info
Hosted at neighboring district schools, FLEX Lab provides students the opportunity to work with other district teachers to receive specialized support outside of school hours. Please reach out to your counselor for more information and a referral.
Peer Tutoring
Lightning Math Club
Sponsored by student leaders, Math Club meets most Wednesdays after school in Mobile 3 from 3:15 to 4:30 PM. Students can drop in to receive additional assistance from some of our strongest math students in the building.
Schoolhouse Info
A non-profit founded by Sal Khan of Khan Academy that offers free, peer-to-peer tutoring programs for high schoolers. They offer many programs such as virtual SAT Bootcamps, College Admissions Workshops, and Math Learning Labs!
Community Tutors
There are an enormous number of companies and individuals that provide tutoring services in the Broomfield community. We cannot speak to the efficacy of any of these resources and hope that families share their experiences with us so we can guide our students to the best and most affordable options available.
Club Z Info
Provides in home and online tutoring services in the following locations including Broomfield, Thornton, Lafayette, Louisville, Leyner, and Superior.
Tutoring Club Info
Ran by a former Legacy teacher, Tutoring Club creates a customized game plan for each and every student. They provide year round services for all high school subjects, SAT/ACT test prep, and guidance navigating the college applications process.
Flatirons Tutoring Info
Tutors specializing in a wide range of subjects (Math, Science, Language Arts, Spanish, SAT/ACT Prep, or Academic Coaching) and are equipped to provide personalized support to students at all skill levels.
Huntington Learning Center Info
A local institution that provides in-person and online tutoring for a variety of subjects and test preparation.
Although there are many resources available online for students, KhanAcademy is perhaps the most comprehensive and expansive. In addition, this resource is FREE. From SAT prep to walkthroughs of AP courses, there are many resources for students to take with them to the classroom. Counselors encourage students to use resources like this as a supplement to their learning.

Provides study guides, content lessons, and practice tests for the ASVAB exam at zero-cost.
College Board offers many tools to help you best prepare for end-of-year AP exams.
ZAPS (SAT)
Legacy has a longstanding partnership with Doorway to College to provide students with high quality SAT preparation. This event occurs over two days after school - once in the fall (October) and again in the spring (February). Reach out to your counselor for more info!
