Become a Club

See what our clubs have been up to!

Want to bring your ideas to life? Starting a club is simple! Follow these 5 steps to get recognized by AS&F and make your mark on campus!

Step 1: Retrieve and Fill out the Club Packet :

This is the start of it all.
It will walk you through the steps from recruitment to finding an advisor
Contact VP of Internal Kristen Edwards edwardsak@adams.edu, for any questions

Step 2: Find an Advisor

Choose a faculty or staff member who will guide your club.
Advisors provide advice, sign paperwork, and support your events.

Step 3: Recruit 5 Members

Gather at least five currently enrolled students (aim for more!).
Collect names, student emails, and commitment to your club’s purpose.
Have a meeting!

Step 4: Establish Leadership

With your formally recruited members
Elect at least two officers:
- President – leads meetings, oversees the club.
- Club Representative – serves as the liaison to AS&F.

Step 5: Present to AS&F

Once at this step, turn in the Club Packer and schedule a time to present to AS&F to be recognized
Once approved, your club will be eligible for funding, events, and support through AS&F and the CoRE Center!
