This privacy policy describes how TraPlink ("the app," "we") handles information when you use the TraPlink mobile game.
SUMMARY
TraPlink is a puzzle game. It does not require an account, does not ask for your name, email, contacts, location, camera, microphone, or files, and does not sell your data to anyone. Your game progress and settings are stored only on your own device.
INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
The app saves your preferences (such as color themes, difficulty selection, and transporter style) and game state locally on your device. This information never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
ADVERTISING (WHEN REWARDED ADS ARE ENABLED)
Versions of TraPlink that include optional rewarded video ads use Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google. Ads in TraPlink are always opt-in they play only when you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game benefit.
When ads are shown, Google may collect and process: your device's advertising ID; device information (model, operating system version, language); approximate (coarse) location inferred from IP address; and ad interaction data (views, clicks).
This data is collected and processed by Google under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization in your device's Google settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
ANALYTICS (WHEN ENABLED)
Versions of TraPlink that include analytics use Google Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate usage for example, which difficulty levels are played and how often optional ads are accepted. This may include device information, coarse location inferred from IP address, and in-app events. This data is aggregated, is not used to identify you personally, and is processed by Google under the policy linked above.
IN-APP PURCHASES
TraPlink may offer optional one-time purchases (such as cosmetic theme packs or an option to remove ads). Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment card details; Google provides us only a record that a purchase was made so the app can unlock what you bought. Google's handling of your payment data is governed by Google's privacy policy and the Google Play Terms of Service.
CHILDREN
TraPlink is a general-audience puzzle game with no chat, no social features, and no user-generated content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where ads are served, we rely on Google AdMob's tools and policies for compliant ad serving.
DATA SHARING AND SELLING
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with any third party other than the Google services described above (AdMob, Firebase, Play Billing), which are necessary to provide ads, analytics, and purchases.
DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Local game data is stored only on your device and deleted when you uninstall the app. Advertising and analytics data are retained and deleted per Google's policies and your device's advertising settings. To ask a question or request deletion of any data associated with your use of the app, email info@traplink.dev and we will respond within 30 days.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/EEA under GDPR or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to opt out of personalized advertising. You can exercise ad-related choices in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads), and contact us at info@traplink.dev for anything else.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If the app's data practices change, this policy will be updated and the effective date above revised. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
