Multi-Party Dynamic Contract Formation. Multiple parties will automatically form legally binding contracts with one another through AI applications in the metaverse or elsewhere. Parties to these contracts will weigh their necessity and convenience versus the evident risk. Drawing on principles that are well established in DeFi and other crypto applications, parties can agree on a third party validator of known facts. For example, AI-powered EV charging can look to third party validators of the charging stations and EVs that are charging in order to adjudicate over incoming users. Similarly, in commercial transportation, third party sensors can validate the goods transferred from one vehicle (e.g. a ship) to another (e.g a truck).
