Abilene currently has very limited rooms and expensive hotel rates due to the ongoing Stargate AI developments. Please book your hotel as early as possible. We do not know when the rooms will fill and apologize for the inconvenience. This issue had not yet developed when we agreed to host the conference.
We were only able to secure a conference block at the Double Tree hotel and you can reserve within that block:

Thursday evening events will be at:

Since it is after hours you may park in any ACU lot or the large parking lot across EN 16th St. at University Church of Christ.
Friday and Saturday events will be at:

Parking should be available in the lot next to the building (lot 29 in the campus map) or along ACU Drive. A visitor parking pass will be emailed to you and will be in your registration packet upon arrival.
