• Revise the Partnering with Teen Parents training and curriculum to encompass young adult development, hope science, and reflective practice.

Director of Program Innovations and Professional Development | 2020-2021

• Designed and directed professional development for 60+ nationally certified trainers. Includes hiring, virtual training of trainers, virtual training guidance, and professional development 

• Supervise a Virtual Service Support Specialist, Family Engagement Specialist, Trainer Development Specialists, and PATNC staff in virtual implementation using a reflective and coaching approach.

  • Virtual project, which received an Early Childhood Innovation award for Virtual Child Development Screening from the Gary Community Foundation and Open IDEO (2018). Developed a professional practice for Virtual child screening using human-centered principles (2018-2019)

  • Parents as Teachers @ USC Telehealth research project, oversaw an accumulation of grants totaling up to $1 million (2016-2018)

  • Led novel parent education sessions via Google’s Hangout platform. (2014- 2015)
