Yes - (pitch to guide) - Mackenzie- 30 minutes lunch time and 60 minutes free time
Yes - (GUIDE APPROVED) - Joran - people with contracts, if they get all the requirements done they earn EB's. GUIDE APPROVAL: It is not approved to be paid for contract points kept because keeping your contract in essence is the same as keeping your studio promises, and keeping the Acton Rules of the Game, which is something everyone in your studio does. Thus, it would not be fair to pay you for doing what others are also doing every day. However, it was decided to make the following change to the Creekside Voyager Leadership Contracts: Contracts will have only 2 commitments so heroes can lazer focus on those skills. 4 EB's will be taken for each commitment not kept, which means you will not lose more than 8 EB's a day if both are not kept.
Yes - (GUIDE APPROVED) - Joran - Once a person has two weeks straight of all stars on a leadership contract skill that skill can be removed from the contract.
Yes - Bela - Discovery heroes shouldn't get to hold the lizards kept in the Voyager bucket because they are not yet careful enough with them and the lizards will get tortured and hurt. If they want to play with lizards they should catch their own.

YES - Simon - I pitch I get a captain role to fulfill my power squad requirements. (It was discussed and decided to vote about if he could have the role of librarian this session.)
YES - Julia - I pitch that someone gets a job for stacking chairs like we used to. (it was discovered that there is a job to do this, and it's paired with clearing and cleaning tables.) It was voted that stacking chairs and stools will be a separate job.
PITCH TO GUIDE - YES - Joran - The snowball lessons should only require one star. there are 40 questions in the box and you have to get 20 right to get the box so I think 10.
YES - Julia - I pitch we create a new system for getting points for civ. Sometimes you set a goal but you don't get called on so you can't get your goal. I don't have an idea for a new system, but I'd like a new system. COMMENTS: Alora: we need to change the system of how we get called on, not how we do civ. And that wouldn't need to be a pitch to guide. We should create a plan and then re-pitch it to the group.
Mr. Stephen - I pitch that the studio comes up with a list of acceptable and unacceptable ways to play with plastic bottles in the studio. Water Bottle guardrail created: It was voted that you may buy a pass to bottle flip for 2 EB's. If you spill any water and don't clean it up you get charged an EB.
NO - Mr Stephen - Town hall is held only on the circle rug from now on.

Jan 25, 2024 - GUIDE NOTE: Nathan pitched a change to how we do contracts, and this is what was approved: When in the contract circle, if a studio member shares that they saw someone not keeping their contract, the studio will vote on whether or not to take 5 eagle bucks. That way the whole studio can judge the fairness of the situation. This change will be announced on the bulletin board, added to the town hall notes and posted near the contracts for all to see. This system will apply to all contracts.

BRAINSTORMING GROUP FORMED: Nathan, Norah & Noah will work on a pitch to help the studio not get distracted by things like webcams and other things on our computers that are not for badges or approved projects.
Norah's idea for the brainstorming group: if your name gets moved, you have to start free time later, and during that time work on studio maintenance. Or, instead of a length of time, they need to perform a service for the studio (such as pick up all the garbage off the floor) before going to studio maintenance.

No more hanging out in the bathrooms or hallways: We will have a check-in, and the punishment is an EB. If you are misusing the freedom to go into the bathrooms and hallways you will have to start writing your name on the board whenever you leave and return.

Phones are not allowed in your pocket, and if you see someone with their phone, it’s an EB. If someone is caught using their phone when they aren’t allowed to, they will be asked to put their phone in the phone box and an EB will be taken. If they are caught using it again a strike will be given.

Adding the ability to impeach the council you can impeach someone only 2 weeks into the session. The whole studio has the ability to bring up the idea of impeachment to a council member. They must give the council member a written reason for their request for impeachment. Once someone is trialed for impeachment, it will be decided on by the council. The council member under question cannot vote. It must be a unanimous vote of the remaining council members to impeach the council member. If there is a unanimous vote by the council for impeachment then they will be impeached. After they are impeached the runner-up is now council. A runner up will need to be announced when the council is announced at the beginning of the session.
