I am a Professor of International Business and currently serve as the Coordinator of Business Programs at the Anatolia American University. I have served as an educator and administrator in private higher education in Greece for over twenty-eight years. I have earned my BSc and MSc degrees in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota, US, an MBA and a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki and have completed a post-doctoral research at Democritus University of Thrace.
My academic interests include the Food Value Chain and International Business. I am the author of multiple case studies, book chapters published by SAGE and Edward Elgar Publishing, and journal articles in outlets such as Foods, Recycling, Sustainability, European Journal of International Management, Journal of Strategy and Management, and Transnational Corporations Review. I have participated in several EU- and nationally funded projects related to Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Development and I am an accredited instructor in adult continuing education, with extensive teaching experience in business management, marketing, and small-firm entrepreneurship.
