Disclaimer

Raining/Lighting conditions during ACS Tennis Open:

• The ongoing matches will be postponed for a maximum of 3 hours waiting time when it rains/lighting alert is on.

• If it rains on the first day of the event, we will wait until 5:00 pm then the tournament director will inform the final decision based on the current condition.  

• If it rains on the second day of the event, we will wait until 1:00 pm then the tournament director will inform the final decision based on the current condition.    

• The tournament will be rescheduled to 17-18 June 2023 if, on the first and second days, most of the matches are canceled due to the weather.

• Refunds will be given to participants who aren't available on 4-5 March 2023 by filling out a refund form (the form will be shared in the ACS Tennis Open Whatsapp Group)

• All the changes made by the tournament director are valid and inviolable.
