Due to data protection considerations, trip rosters will not be published on this website. As this platform is accessible to parents and the wider school community, we are unable to release participant names here.
Once the trip rosters are finalised, students will be informed directly and a dedicated Google Classroom will be created for each trip. The respective Trip Lead and Trip Staff will use this platform to communicate directly with participants.
The Trip Classroom will serve as the primary channel for student-facing instructions, including:
· Pre-trip preparation for service components
· Announcements and programme updates
· Rooming arrangements
· Hoodie sizing and logistics
· Group allocations and on-site responsibilities
Entry into the Trip Classroom is strictly limited to students using their official school email accounts. No external email domains will be granted access. Parents will continue to receive key administrative and consent-related updates via official school communication channels.
Trip Classrooms will be formed shortly after the trip rosters are released.
