Services Offered by the Department for students include:
Issuing of Login Credentials
Reset Password and Enable Accounts for Office 365 (including email and wifi), Pupil Portal, Schools Buddy and Google Classroom
Installing of Office 365 (DIY guide - Go to the MS Office Page) Applications and Adobe Creative Suite
Charging up laptops and other devices
Printing issues in the library
The IT department does not offer:
Sales of devices and software
Physical repair and servicing of devices.
Loan of devices - You need to go through your teachers.
Parent Portal - Click Link to access - ID and Password required
Parent Portal gives you everything you need to keep all parents and guardians constantly updated on the data your school holds on their child.
School Life: Shows information and news content from the Daily Bulletin module, News Manager, Calendar Manager and the School Directory. Includes photo galleries and picture management.
Parent Contacts: You can update their own contacts within the portal
Curriculum & Timetable: Publishes your child’s timetable complete with print and export options. Shows parents all your child’s teaching groups too.
Attendance & Registration: Shows attendance information including school and lesson registration, future absences etc
Discipline & Pastoral Events: Shows discipline details such as detentions and reward and conduct records.
School Reporting: Shows school reports including assessment data and reports from the School Reporting module.
Electronic Forms: Responses can be emailed on completion or stored for use later on.
Document Repository: Provides a document repository to publish documents to individual parents or groups based on their children or all portal users.
Accessing the Parent Portal:
The parent portal is an opt-in service.
Setting up the Parent Portal Account
All parents will a portal registration letter with instructions on how to sign up.

You need to use the same email address as the one you registered with the school to set up the account

Configuring your Parent Portal Account
The Communications Module requires you to configure (subscribe) to the different channels
To access information regarding timetable, attendance and rewards & conduct, go to the school profile option
To access Term and End of Year Reports and other Academic related information, go to the Academic Information Module

Almost all the information can be accessed via the iPARENT for iOS and Android Devices

My App Dashboard: View a snapshot of relevant notifications, news and calendar events by date.
