Doing my AM yoga, sun salutation
I know it is difficult being at home unable to see your friends, or to go to school, or to do all the normal, fun things we are used to doing. But, I also know how important it is to stay active and keep moving. We should still be trying to get 60 minutes of activity everyday. The 60 minutes don't have to be all at once. You can break it up, 10 minutes here, 30 minutes there...It all adds up to help keep your body AND mind healthy. To help you with that, in addition to the sites I shared on the ACS printout, I thought I would share some good online sources.
