Second Step is a social emotional learning curriculum that we use at Isaac Dickson Elementary School. Parents can find links to online resources from Second Step here. You can access the content for families by clicking the link to the right, creating an account, and entering the code for your child's grade level. Have fun!

Class Dojo includes many SEL activities that focus on many areas including growth mindset, perseverance, and empathy.
Storyline Online
Storyline Online has many books online that can be read or you can listen to them be read to you. There are many books with SEL themes including Empty Pot (Honesty), Someone Loves You Mr. Hatch (Kindness), Enemy Pie (Friendship), A Bad Case of the Stripes (Self-Confidence).
Sesame Street
Sesame Street has a many SEL resources including ways to start difficult conversations with children.
