2017-18: Kindergarten Team & AIG Specialist read CRT & the Brain

2018-19: Twenty-Four Staff Members with representation from each grade level, IA, specialists read and discussed CRT & the Brain. Met monthly and used Hammond's Book Study Guide to faciliate discussions.

2019-20: Staff members offered district-wide PD on CRT; Four staff members traveled to the Zaretta Hammond conference in Charlotte; Ten folks read The Guide for White Women Who Teach Black Boys by Eddie Moore Jr, Ali Michael, and Marguerite W. Penick-Parks

2020-21: Eight staff are reading We Got This by Cornelius Minor. Twenty additional staff members will read and discuss CRT & the Brain; Four staff members will attend the CRE PLC with Zaretta Hammond

2021-22: Goal: Level Up our schoolwide CRT Game! Create new instructional habits using the Ready for Rigor framework.
