The students will visit the Cherokee Village in order to gain a deeper understanding of their culture, as well as the impact the Cherokee have had on North Carolina. They will visit various informational stations led by a tour guide. The students will also observe traditional Cherokee dances.

The cherokee Field Trip will occur on TBD. This is a full day trip, but the students will be back at Claxton for regular dismissal at 2:30pm.
