Mrs. Severy grew up on a small farm in Saco, Maine. She graduated from the University of Maine with B.S. in Secondary Education and Mathematics and minors in Music and Business Administration. She then received her Masters in Teaching from the University of Southern California Rossier School of Education. She and her husband, a Middlebury Union High School alumnus, live in Salisbury with their two children, two dogs, and two cats. Mrs. Severy values hard work and passion. Her hobbies include singing, theater, crafts/sewing, exercising, dairy farming, hiking, and canoeing.
