CCA Transfer Policy

The CCA transfer period takes place in either of these periods:

1. Whole of January (for confirmation of billing)

2. Whole of October (before the end of the school year) – Transfer will only take effect in January the following year in order to keep the attendance records of the previous year

Students are entitled to only one CCA change during the time they are in the school.

Provision for more than one change or transfer during another time of the year will be made for special cases like medical issues or cessation of CCA.

Students are required to fill up the CCA Transfer Form completely and submit the form to SH PE/CCA (Mr Alvin Lim) or HOD PE/Aesthetics (Mr Syed Faizal) for approval.
