In this session, we’ll explore how ACS Learning Innovation Coaches CONNECT technology and innovation.  LEARN how embracing the broader concept of innovation can support the design of engaging learning experiences.  We'll share how our collaborative efforts with the Office of Learning help to GROW a culture of innovation at our school.

In this session, you will explore how leading from a coaching stance can help you CONNECT with your teachers and staff.  You will LEARN what skills and strategies are needed to help to build strong relationships, lead teams, and GROW a thriving community.

This workshop is ideal for educators seeking to grow a dynamic and supportive learning community. Connect with others who share a passion for professional growth. Learn how peer coaching strategies can effectively foster a culture of continuous improvement. Grow ideas through relationships and dialogue, rather than the “advice trap.”

This session will explore how leadership coaching can be implemented in education. Attendees will have opportunities to connect with other educational leaders and coaches through collaborative coaching conversations. They will also connect with themselves as educational leaders and coaches to discover their sphere of influence and gain clarity about their leadership impact.

Additionally, attendees will learn how to use specific coaching tools, such as the Wheel of Influence, for reflective leadership. They will develop their coaching skills by engaging in one-on-one coaching conversations, and grow through the process of leadership reflection to establish a focus for greater impact.

I was hired as part of a team to help build an instructional coaching program from the ground up. Instead of having my days mapped out and success defined for me, I was afforded the space to define and find my wins each day. This session will detail strategies I used as a first-year instructional coach to:

• CONNECT with teachers & divisional leadership

• GROW teacher capacity, middle leadership capacity, and the instructional coaching program

• foster my LEARNING
