đź“… This virtual race can be run anytime and anywhere (respecting the lockdown guidelines) between November 13-23!

You can run around your neighborhood, or even on your treadmill!


âť—âť—IMPORTANT: For safety reasons, if you choose to run outdoors, we highly recommend you run with a partner (family member).


➡️ All you have to do is register online, and then upload your finish time to the results form.

âť—For Student-Athletes: Participating in this virtual race, requires your parents'/guardians' consent prior to your participation.

đź•’ Tracking Your Time

You can track your time and distance using a running GPS watch, or free smartphone apps available for iPhone and Android devices. Just take a screenshot of your phone's screen or a picture of your watch's screen and send it to us to include it in the overall rankings.


Who Can Participate?

  • Fall Sports Student-Athletes & Coaches (run)

  • Elementary, Middle School, Academy Faculty & Staff (walk/run)*

  • K-12 Professionals & Staff Members (walk/run)*


*the time results of faculty & staff members will be counted towards the Best Spirit House Category

  • Overall Rankings

  • Best Sports Team (based on average time and participation*)

  • Best Spirit House (based on participation)

*At least 30% of team members' participation is required for team to be included in the rankings.


Results

All results will be posted on this website on November 24th and you will be able to see your ranking.

Every participation counts! All participants will earn points for their teams and their Spirit Houses.

All participants will receive:

  • a digital certificate of participation with their name and time

  • a participation medal (will be given upon your return to school)

  • an event T-shirt (will be given upon your return to school)


🏆 Prizes

  • The top 3 finishers (Boys/Girls) in Student-Athlete Run Category, Faculty & Staff Run Category, Faculty & Staff in the Walk Category will receive ACS Athens memorabilia items as prizes, that will be given to them upon their return.

  • The fall sports team that has the best average time will be recognized.

  • Lastly, let's see which Spirit House will win in the end (Corinthians, Spartans, Trojans, Athenians, Macedonians) !
