Please look for a Circular email in the student's TGAA official account Inbox & Spam folders. Yet, unable to find, please email it on chembur@tgaa.in with your query /concern. The Admin team shall revert with a solution.

Make sure you are using correct student's Email Id provided to you by school and that the Password was not changed by someone in your family. Contact respective school support team if the problem still persists.

You will receive a message notification on TGAA Connect App once the circular is uploaded. Check you mobile notification settings.

No. You are required to send an email to the respective Homeroom teacher if you have any queries. Communication matrix is already shared in the school's policies, rules & regulations doc. The same is uploaded on the e-portal.

1) There is an official School's Whats App BROADCAST group. This group is restricted for one-way communication that is from the school to parents only.
2) Class Representative (CR) groups are formed by the parents.
