Library
The new library space is now open! Students are enjoying the light airy space. The library underwent a major renovation and was completely reconfigured. We have new flooring, new lighting, new shelving, and new furniture. Next year, students and teachers will also have access to a makerspace room and a video and podcasting production area. In addition to checking out books, students enjoy the library to relax and read, work on assignments, and even to eat lunch! If you haven't already, come check us out!🌞

Library Hours:
The library is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 3:45 pm.
Our Mission:
The mission of the ACHS Library is to create a culture of reading here at ACHS and in the community; to help students become successful at school and the workplace; and to create critical and ethical users of information.
This mission is accomplished by:
providing access to various reading materials, both fiction and nonfiction, which feature diverse characters.
continuously updating the library's physical and virtual environments to meet the needs of our student and faculty.
working with fellow educators to design learning experiences that enhance not only their curriculum objectives but enable students to navigate this information-rich world.
