Virtual Miner Merit Program
Due to social-distancing, we will be recognizing our Miner Merit Award winners virtually. Check out the tab "Miner Merit Award" (click down arrow) to see all of our virtual award winners! Monthly winners will be announced the first Wednesday of each month.
The Miner Merit Award is a prestigious award that any child can receive. Each month, classmates individually select a classroom peer that demonstrates respectful, responsible and safe characteristics. Once the child is chosen, he or she has the privilege to invite one family member to the monthly "Donut Social", directed by Mr. Grove our school counselor, where the child is recognized for his or her merit qualities. Finally, the child will have his or her picture taken and the photo will be uploaded to this website to celebrate the Miner Merit Award!
