We are a general practice firm based in Cebu, Philippines handling dispute resolution (litigation / arbitration), corporate registration and housekeeping, and intellectual property matters primarily for Cebu Province and Visayas and Mindanao clients. While our service is geared to regional clients, we also handle various work for clients nationwide.

We handle patent drafting work and have filed patent and trademark registrations with the Philippine Intellectual Property Office.
