The 23rd School Nurses International Conference will take place from 11 to 16 July 2027 in Murcia, Spain.
The conference venue is the Universidad Católica de Murcia (UCAM), Campus de los Jerónimos, Murcia, Spain.
The conference is open to nurses, school nurses, healthcare professionals, researchers, educators, university professors, students, and professionals interested in school health and wellbeing.
Yes. Nursing students are welcome to attend the conference and participate in scientific and networking activities.
Abstract submission
Abstracts can be submitted through the Submission Form available on this website.
The conference accepts the submission formats specified in the Abstract Submission Guidelines.
Yes. Multiple abstract submissions are permitted. However, certain restrictions apply. Please refer to the Abstract Submission Guidelines for further details.
If your abstract is selected for presentation during the Breakout Sessions, you will be notified by 20 February 2027.
For Scientific Presentations (oral and poster presentations), acceptance notifications will be sent by 31 March 2027.
Breakout sessions and Scientific Presentations may be delivered in English, Spanish or French, as a simultaneous interpretation will be available. However, all presentation materials including slides and posters, must be prepared in English.
No. All poster presentations will be displayed digitally on screens provided by the conference. Accepted authors will receive detailed instructions regarding the required format and submission process prior to the event.

The registration fee includes access to the full scientific program, conference activities and catering services. Accommodation* is included only in the Full Conference Package registration option.
Yes. Participants are welcome to attend the conference even if they are not presenting an abstract.
Yes. At least the main author or the person presenting the work must be registered.
Yes. Registration transfers are permitted in accordance with the deadlines and conditions established in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Yes. Cancellation and refund requests are accepted in accordance with the conditions established in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Participants are encouraged to review the policy before submitting a request.

Murcia can be reached via Murcia International Airport and nearby international airports, with rail and road connections available.
Yes. A limited number of rooms will be reserved at the UCAM Residence. Once these rooms are fully booked, participants will need to arrange their own accommodation. Information about recommended accommodation options will be provided.
Participants are responsible for checking visa requirements applicable to their country of residence. For official and updated information, please consult the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation of Spain.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate health insurance coverage during their stay in Spain. Citizens of European Union countries may use their European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), subject to its terms and conditions. Participants from outside the EU are strongly advised to obtain adequate travel and medical insurance before traveling.

English is the official language of the Conference.
Yes. Certificates of attendance will be available for registered participants. Participants presenting a Scientific presentation (oral or poster presentation), will also receive a certificate of presentation.
Yes. The conference program will include social, cultural, and networking activities designed to encourage international collaboration and professional exchange.
No. Participation in the Official Community on WhatsApp is completely optional. The community is intended to share conference news, announcements and important updates through and additional communication channel. All essential information will also be available through this official website and social media.
