Clusters of West Bengal

Our work belongs to these clusters of Bengal where the artisans and spinners weave beautiful tales of handwoven fabrics.The threads of Khadi are very delicate hence they require extra attention during the time of weaving. The pit looms are set up in every house hold for the men and the women to lay their hands on after household chores. A single weaver takes a week to weave 1 meter of the fabric. Hence the term slow fashion ; we learn to be patient and respectful towards the hardwork and the diligence they carry out during the make of any fabric. Being with them , teaches us to simple and love the subtleness of life and find joy in simpler things.
